History
The company was founded in 1959 by Alex Borsuk and Sam Glick and was known as Casters and Wheels for Industry and Industrial Handling Company, Inc. In 1994 when Alex and Sam retired, John and Lissa Mayberger bought the companies and consolidated the name into Casters, Wheels and Industrial Handling, Inc., or CWIH as we are now known. CWIH specializes in three product categories including casters and wheels, hand trucks and backstage equipment. If you need to move or store product within your facility, chances are we can help. CWIH is a factory authorized representative for all the world's premier caster manufacturers, including Albion, Shepherd, Faultless, Jarvis, MedCaster and others. We are factory trained to specify, sell and service for the high quality suppliers we represent. No company in the world has better sourcing or deeper industry ties than CWIH. Our huge volumes and buying power allow us to provide our customers with highest quality caster solutions at low, low prices.

We are a stocking distributor for the entire Magline product line including the world's finest aluminum/magnesium hand trucks, dockboards/dockplates, curb ramps, aluminum platform trucks and more. CWIH is a full line material handling house offering everything you need to run a warehouse. Pallet rack, shelving, bins/boxes, conveyors, decking and mezzanines are a few of the hundreds of products available from our material handling division. CWIH operates out of our showrooms/offices/warehouses in Farmingdale, New York (about 30 miles from Manhattan) and New York City, New York.
